Samburu and Aberdare National Park Safari

Touchdown at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where our pack and go representative will meet you. Depart from Nairobi and drive to Samburu National Reserve, located on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River, the river that gives life to the reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at the Samburu Intrepids Tented Camp. Evening game drive, expect to see members of the special five also known as the Samburu five; reticulated giraffe, beisa oryx, grevy’s zebra and gerenuk. After breakfast proceed for a morning game drive in search of the big five and a variety of other wild animals at the park. Lunch at the Samburu Intrepids Tented Camp. Cultural visit to the Samburu people where you will enjoy participating in their cultural activities. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Intrepids Tented Camp.

After breakfast depart for Aberdare National Park and arrive at a ground hotel in time for lunch where you will leave your luggage. Transfer to Treetops Lodge, value accommodation that is known for one of its most famous visitors — Queen Elizabeth. The tree hotel offers a view of the animals at the comfort of your rooms in a flood lit waterhole. Dinner and overnight at The Treetops Lodge.

Depart after breakfast for Nairobi with a game drive enroute at the park. You will have you packed lunch from the lodge on the way back. Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in time for your flight.
